Egalax_empia Technology is expected to start shipping their touch screens sometime this year. The Taiwan based company has produced 7 and 12 inch touch panels for both notebook and PC use. The expected release of the company’s new product was announced by EETI’s president, Mei Tsai.

The company has already started shipping out their small touch screens in the last months of the previous year. Since the company has met the expectations of its customers, EETI expects its shipments to multiply. Products which currently have increase deliveries are the Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) and the infrared touch controllers which are used in large sized screens.
