Maxtor Releases BlackArmor New External HD

Maxtor BlackArmor External HD

Maxtor unveiled their latest external hard disk storage, the Maxtor BlackArmor. This data storage which is available in both 160GB and 320GB is stylish, lightweight and compact.

Maxtor claims that is the data storage solution for people who are serious about data protection. This claim is not backed up by nothing as the BlackArmor storage hard drive carries an AES encryption certified by the National Institute of Standards and Technology or NIST. This means that it has the strongest and latest data security system available for external storage to date (at least to the public).

Maxtor BlackArmor weights only 208g and it is very portable at 131mm x 84mm x 16.5 mm dimensions. It has USB 2.0 support and for those who want to synchronize files from their desktop to this portable device, the Maxtor Manager Software suite for OneTouch 4 users should be very useful.

Maxtor BlackArmor 160GB is available for $113, while the 320GB type is tagged at $160. This is a good choice if you don’t want an immobile huge storage such as StorCenter ix2 Storage Machine by Iomega.

You ran out of power.
