Nokia did not expect the response of the UK market to their Comes with Music phones. Indeed, a slow start as compared to their other products.
The Comes with Music has only won 23,000 British subscribers since it was launched last year. The figure was made by Music Ally’s Paul Brindley at an Association of Independent Music conference which was held in London. Brindley informed 6 Music that the statistics of the phone is becoming a big disappointment to the industry of music.

Today, Pilotfish launched the Ondo, a music editing phone. The Ondo provides a new way for users to interact with their mobile phones.
Ondo’s target user is the music lovers who wish to be able to interact with their music. Aside from this, the device has been designed specifically to collect pure sounds so that it can create a real and physical sound editing feel. Users can edit music on the Ondo by twisting and bending the device physical. This makes the editing process believable and as close to the real thing as possible.

Kyocera has innovated a folding concept phone along with a flexible OLED screen. This new device is known as the EOS. The EOS can take a shape of a clamshell and change into a clutch purse or wallet. The device was designed by Susan McKinney, Kyocera’s industrial designer.
The EOS looks forward to a future where humans can get a more humanistic connection with their phones. It was designed to appeal to the senses of the humans along with a soft and semi rigid skin made from polymer to enclose the flexible OLED display. In order to protect the device, the polymer was chosen for the purpose.
